What's up with current shipping & supply chain conditions?

It's j*F&^%Ked! Due to the impact of the current conditions, USPS, FedEx and all shipping carriers asks that we mention orders may take longer than usual to arrive.

Is alcohol included?

We offer variety in our Cocktail Kits. That means, you have the ability to control your experience. We’ll offer up Spirit suggestions to help craft the perfect Cocktails but ultimately, we want you to be able to make your decision for product selections. Use what you have or be adventurous and try something new. Ya dig?

Can you share your Future kits?

No peeking yet! We’ve got surprises coming your way and we’ll share very soon. The not so short answer is we have Classic Cocktail themes with a twist - everything from Margaritas to Mules, to Mojitos and Old Fashioned’s. Each kit is designed to make 10+ drinks.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated separately for each order from USPS and varies from $7 up.

When will I get billed for my subscription?

You are charged the day of your initial order. Future monthly subscription charges happen on the 17th. Orders placed by the 1st of the month will ship on the 7th of the same month. Orders placed after the 1st will ship on the 7th of the next month. Subscriptions automatically renew. Cancel anytime.

Will my subscription auto renew?

Your subscription will renew automatically. It can be cancelled or put on hold whenever you'd like. If you purchased a gift, there is no automatic renewal.

How will I know when my box is shipped?

We love to keep the lines of communication open. We'll send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Do I have to be home to receive my box?

Great news! No signatures are required. Your shipment will be left at your doorstep or with your postal box carrier. If you need to delay your shipment, please contact us at orders@boxonthe.rocks.

What if my box arrives with something damaged?

We strive for ultimate customer satisfaction but if something does go wrong during shipment, we will send replacements immediately. Please reach out to orders@boxonthe.rocks if something is broken or damaged. Please include photos to expedite the resolution.

How do I buy more items and Bar Tools?

Shop our Store, we are constantly adding more products and goods. If you have something special in mind that you don’t see, please reach out to us at orders@boxonthe.rocks.

How do I know what Spirits to use?

Each month your kit will include a custom recipe card featuring the hero Cocktail plus 2 more recipes. This recipe card will include the recommended Spirits that were used to craft a super balanced Cocktail. You can find these recommendations on our Themes page.
